Topic: Roca Fitness
Roca Fitness is my place of employment, I enjoy working there, not only is it fun and entertaining, the people there are also very friendly, it is the type of job that you actually like going to. My attitude there is really, is it will be anywhere, and is super energetic! I always like to be in a good mood and to always think positively, when I am at work, and I have positive energy surrounding me, I tend to have a positive attitude even when people are in a bad mood, I always try to hold my composure. People have thrown pens and water at me, but I still hold my attitude, because in the end, I make the decision whether or not they keep to have their membership still up and running, I think everyone should have a membership to Roca Fitness!! Roca Fitness brings me peace(:
Here you mention a very important thing: ATTITUDE.
ReplyDeleteThe attitude we have towards every situation that arises influences our life. I like how you handle difficult people and situations with a positive attitude. By doing so you promote a change for the positive to your surrounding and stop the vicious cycle of negativity. By doing things with a positive attitude we can change the world little by little.
So keep up the good work! :D
(By the way, I think is really cool that you work at Roca Fitness, I had never heard of it but it seems like a great place to work out.)
I found it funny how we both related peace to the gym. I know exactly how you feel. Typically, the gym releases stress and frustration; by the time everyone is finished with their workout, they are at ease and feel peaceful. I know I am a lot more serene when I leave the gym. Especially after a yoga class. I agree that everyone should have a membership to the gym!
ReplyDeleteI think you are on the right track by being energetic because i think its contagious. If someone sees you being energetic and having a postitive attitude it makes them want to have one as well.
